Woodward Learning was started in 1989 by Harry and Mary
Woodward.
Focus:

To provide information, assessments, tools, consulting, seminars
and workshops for people and organizations in change.
- To help people understand and address the organizational dynamics,
strategic demands, and human needs of organizational and
personal change.

Woodward Learning operates independently as well as in conjunction with
a matrix of select organizations with which it has strategic alliances.

Format:
Our work with clients typically includes some combination of consulting,
assessment and training. In conjunction with these interventions,
Harry Woodward often delivers group presentations and speeches.
Above all, we are organized to provide flexibility -- the capacity to
tailor our products, approaches and speeches to the needs of individual
organizations.
Certification:
A number of our clients elect to have us leader-train
their internal people to deliver our seminars and workshops. We have very
thorough leader-training/ certification process and materials and, as
with the training itself, the leader preparation is tailored to the needs
of the staff and the organization.
