Harry Woodward, Ph.D., is a management consultant, author, trainer and speaker who works primarily in the areas of change, leadership, innovation and learning. He is a recognized expert in the area of change management, focusing primarily on the skills and tools for helping people and organizations move through the change process.

In addition to consulting, Harry has developed and implemented programs and seminars for such clients as Amgen, Alcoa, IBM, General Motors, AT&T, Chase Manhattan Bank, The Mayo Clinic, Nike, American Family Insurance, Andersen Consulting, Dun & Bradstreet, Marriott, DuPont, Hewlett Packard, American Express and the State of New York.

Dr. Woodward spent 11 years with Wilson Learning Corporation heading up the development of new products in the areas of leadership-management and quality- service. In 1988 he was made a Wilson Fellow. In 1989 Harry left Wilson Learning to head up his own consulting firm.

Harry has also worked in the Training and Development Division of 3M Corporation and taught at the University of Minnesota where he received his Ph.D.

Dr. Woodward speaks nationally and internationally on the subjects of change, learning and humor. He is co-author of the book Aftershock: Helping People Through Corporate Change and author of the award-winning video-based program Working Through Change. He is also the creator of the Change Readiness Profile. His latest book, Navigating Through Change is currently available through McGraw Hill.
